WHAT WE OFFER
Crossfit Bedford
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning based workout that is made up of everyday movements such as squatting, pulling, pushing and carrying. Making CrossFit accessible and suitable for everyone.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
SGPT classes are a maximum of 8 people under the watchful eye of a coach. SGPT will improve your health and fitness, help to drop lbs and help you to lead a more balanced lifestyle.
Hyrox
HYROX classes combined both cardio training and functional moving stations designed to improve all round fitness.
Personal Training
If you have specific requirements & are looking for that something extra, then our PT programme is just for you. Tailored to help you achieve your goals.
Animal Flow
Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
GYM
If training with a group isn’t what you are after then here at Core Perfromance we have an extensive kit list you won’t find in other gyms.

Whether you are an experienced gym fanatic or a complete novice, your goals will be at the centre of our commitment to you. We deliver group CrossFit workouts throughout the day with a fully qualified coaching team to nurture you throughout each hour-long workout.
If lifestyle prevents you from committing to scheduled classes, then we have flexible 1-1 and small group training available at times that are more convenient to you.
