1a. You must give at least 2 weeks’ notice before the hold is due to commence.

1b. The hold must start on the 1st of a calendar month. 

1c. The minimum hold period is 1 calendar months. 

1d. The maximum hold period is 3 calendar months.

1e. Your membership can only be on hold once per calendar year.

 
2. Whilst your membership is on hold, you will be charged a monthly fee of £12, unless the suspension is on medical grounds, for which supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note, will be required.
 
3. Our memberships operate on a calendar month basis, starting from the 1st of the month. Fees are collected by Direct Debit on or around the 1st of the month. Our memberships run for an initial period of three full calendar months, called the Initial Term. (This doesn’t apply to open gym memberships). 
 
3a. You cannot cancel your membership during the initial term. 
3b. After the initial term, our memberships run indefinitely from month to month, until cancelled. 
3c. Please note the initial terms commences at the start of your membership. 
 
4. If you cancel inside the initial term you will need to make payment for the minimum term of 3 months plus 1 month cancelation fee. If this isn’t adhered to you will be refer to our debit collecting agency who will look to recover payment. 
 
5. If you wish to end your membership, it will finish on the last day of a calendar month and you must give more than one month’s notice of such cancellation. For example, if you wish to leave on 31st March, you must give notice on or before 28th February.
